Gnome is about 28.1".
Entire gnome, hat and stand takes about 4 sheets of Glowforge sized material.
Hats fit into a slot and do not require velcro
Arms, shoes, and the frame the gnome is holding can be attached with velcro dots if you'd like to interchange it. Insert for the frame is a "leaning sign/ladder" insert if you'd like to mix in other insert files
You may use 1/8 or 1/4. if you use 1/8" you will want to use two slot stand pieces and glue them together. There also are two extra backer pieces if added thickness is needed
All materials are different, please test your materials with a caliper to adjust slots if needed.

This file has been cut and tested with the Glowforge, but can be used on any CNC laser.
